Registration for the 13th Forensic and Clinical Toxicology Association Conference is now open. Please read the registration information carefully before beginning the online registration.
How to Register
Register by completing the online form. Earlybird registration closes Friday 13 November.
Registration fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

* To be eligible for the student rates you must be a current student enrolled on a full-time basis. Evidence of your current enrolment status must be presented onsite when you collect your registration.

Social Functions
A ticket to the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner is included with a full registration. Please indicate your attendance at the time of registration to assist with catering.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Payment Information
- All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST
- Full payment is required at the time of registration for credit card payments. For invoice payments, please ensure payment is received within 7 days
Cancellation of Registration Deadline: Wednesday, 6 January 2027
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations for in-person registrations made by Wednesday, 6 January 2027 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs.
Refunds for cancellations received after Wednesday, 6 January 2027 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. The Organising Committee reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by Friday, 19 February 2027 without incurring any cost penalty.
The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers of registrations.

All best endeavours will be made to present the program as published on the website. The Conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by delays.
Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
Conference participants may be photographed or filmed at any time. By attending, you consent to the use, publication, or reproduction of your image or recording in any form of communication material used to promote the event and report on its events through publications and resource materials.
If you do not wish to have your be photographed or filmed, please contact the FACTA 2027 Conference Secretariat in advance or onsite to advise of your preference.
Conference Postponement
In the event of a postponement, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new Conference dates. All components of your registration including accommodation bookings, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner tickets will also be transferred. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may contact the FACTA 2027 Conference Secretariat to request a transfer of your registration to a colleague at no cost, or request a cancellation and refund which will incur a $150 administration fee up until the Registration Cancellation Deadline.
Conference Cancellation
In the event of the cancellation of the Conference, all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.
